THE HEADLESS BANGERS COSTUME BALL returns to The Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center in World Golf Village, St. Augustine, this Fall on Sat Oct. 25th!!

It's our 9th year - The Ball is presented by BedRock - The Ultimate Hair Band Experience and Tribute to 80's / 90's Rock, your hosts for the evening. Come in your scariest, funniest, most outrageous costume, or even as a couple or group idea, and see if you have what it takes to win one of the prizes in the contest! Just some of what will be there:
š*Two LIVE Rock Bands all night: BedRock (80's / 90's Hairband Rock) and The Northern Exposure Band (Rock n Roll Music from the 60's to today)
š*Desserts: cake, cookies, cupcakes, brownie treats, donut bites, and more!
š*Costume Contest - $1,200 in CASH prizes ($500 to the 1st place costume, $300 for 2nd place, $200 for 3rd place, and.....our newest category - $200 for COUPLE or GROUP)
š*Psychics / Card Readers / Fortune Tellers will be on premises for hire (what does your future hold??)
š*Photo Booth to preserve your memories of this frightfully fun night !
š*Scary animatronics throughout the ballroom - Beware !! :-o
š*Candy! What would Halloween be without the candy?? And the good stuff too, not Dum Dums! š
š*This event is indoors and climate controlled so weather won't affect the party and you won't melt in your costume!

This year we're focusing on getting as many as possible inside the ballroom before the event starts, so doors will now be opening half an hour earlier than previous years, plus we've fine-tuned the way we're choosing the costume contest winners.
DOORS OPEN: 7:30pm
EVENT STARTS: 8:00pm
IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE OUR GUESTS TICKET PURCHASE FEES THIS YEAR, WE ARE ALSO OFFERING THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUY TICKETS AT ANY BEDROCK SHOW - CASH ONLY (saves approx. $5-$7 off per ticket)
There are 3 different ways to purchase tickets before the event:
1) BIGGEST SAVINGS: Purchase your tickets in person, in CASH, at a BedRock show from now until the event for $40ea. (NO ADDITIONAL FEES).
2) Purchase your tickets on line through Eventbrite ("Spooky Savings General Admission" tickets) BEFORE JULY 31st at last year's price of $40ea. (plus fees).
3) Purchase your tickets on line through Eventbrite ("Boos and Ghouls General Admission" tickets) AFTER JULY 31st and before the event at the regular 2025 price of $42ea. (plus fees) - you will still pay less than at the door on the night of the event (purchasing at the door runs the risk of no entry if the event is sold out. Tickets bought at the door are $50ea. and must be paid in cash)

The Renaissance in World Golf Village is easy to get to, conveniently located OFF I-95, and the costume ball will take place in their big, beautiful, Legends Ballroom (over 6,000 sq. ft), there will be banquet-table seating, PLENTY OF FREE PARKING, AND A BIG DANCE FLOOR, SO BRING THOSE DANCING SHOES ! ***SPIRITUAL PEOPLE - psychics, tarot card readers, fortune tellers, etc. - if you are interested in setting up an area at the event to do readings, send a message to: Twisteden@aol.com (we will list your info on the invite and FB page so guests can contact you in advance to make their appointments with you for the night of the ball)
***VENDORS - If you would like to set up a table to sell your items, send a message to: Twisteden@aol.com (no food items unless your items are packaged / sealed) SPONSORS, SPIRITUAL PEOPLE, AND VENDORS will be listed on the ticket info page, on the FB page, as well as some of the other forms of advertising we may do, depending on how quickly you sign up. In previous years we had several spiritual readers, special effects makeup artist, hair tinsel artist, vendors that had crystals, hand-made jewelry, candles etc.) so become part of the Headless Bangers Ball community of businesses that participated in this awesome event!
This event has a capacity limit - it sold out last year and is expected to sell out again! Don't take that chance of not getting in !!! Get your tickets asap to guarantee entry and avoid being turned away at the door or paying the upcharge on the night of the event.
**Please note: Photography and videography will be taking place throughout this event. Your presence in public areas constitutes consent to be photographed, and by entering the venue, you agree that your image may be used for promotional purposes.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED - per Florida law, emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted in public places unless they are service animals. This is because ESAs are not trained to perform specific tasks for their handlers, and are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or state service animal laws. Reminder to those with service animals - the ballroom will have loud live music, not the ideal situation for animals with sensitive hearing, please take that into consideration when deciding whether or not to purchase a ticket.
