Experience the charm and unique coastal character of Hernando Beach at the Front Porch Art Walk on Saturday, September 5 from 10 am until 2 pm at three different venues. Discover original art, fine crafts, and one-of-a-kind creations from more than 50 talented local artists. Start out at Coldwell Banker Weaver Group Realty and enjoy the variation of arts and crafts. Grab a drink or taco from Grandmom's Taco & Burger Food Truck. Then stroll among beautiful waterfront venues and enjoy a relaxing day by the water at Silver Dolphin with an adult beverage. Stroll next door at the Mermaid Lakes Parking (the former R Beach) area and enjoy more original pieces of art and fine crafted jewelry, all while supporting our vibrant creative community. Admission and parking are free! Kid and dog friendly, however dogs must be on leashes!

Hernando Beach Front Porch Art Walk is a fun festive outdoor event that takes place the 1st Saturdays of every month from 10 am until 2 pm along Shoal Line Boulevard in Hernando Beach. The first event had 14 participants and by the third month the event had grown to 36 fine arts and crafts vendors at three venues, including Silver Dolphin Restaurant, Weaver Group Realty, and Brians Place. We are now host to an average of 50 artists per month. Artists are selected to participate free of charge under colorful tents displaying and selling their work. Flyers are available at each location showing the monthly sponsor along with each artist’s name, location and booth number and QR codes linking to sponsor’s websites. Hernando Beach Front Porch Art Walk. Funds raised are all used as seed money to help us grow the event by attracting artists from outside of Hernando County as well as art enthusiast. We know the economic impact to local businesses from increased art, food, overnight stays, and gift sales will be substantially greater. While establishing Hernando Beach as an arts community, our objective is to provide an opportunity to those outside of the Hernando Beach area to learn about the many businesses and recreational opportunities that exist in Hernando Beach, including dinner boat cruises, fishing charters, kayak and paddle board rentals, local gift shops, seafood, vacation rentals and the opportunity to visit our local restaurants and enjoy the laid-back eclectic old Florida atmosphere.
