Joel continues to channel their soulful energy in his performances to this day. At 18, DaSilva joined his first band as guitarist for Junior Drinkwater & the Thirstquenchers. He went on to join The Regulators, The Underbellies, and fronted the popular Hep Cat Boo Daddies before breaking out as a solo artist. DaSilva has made his mark in the scene; and is poised to become a power player in the industry. He has played alongside heavyweights that include Jimmie Vaughan, Buddy Guy, BB King, Jeff Beck, Los Lobos, Rev. Horton Heat, the Black Crowes and many more !
He has played many festivals including Sunfest, Riverwalk Blues Fest, Vero Beach Blues Fest, Bonita Springs Seafood Fest, Memphis Music Fest, and many more. He’s the real deal.
