The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) is honored and thrilled to announce it will host famed Nashville singer, recording artist and Grammy Award winner Linda Davis on the Music Hall Stage July 16 for her first visit to the SOSMP!

Linda is famous for her dynamic duet with Reba McEntire, “Does He Love You,” that was a sensational hit and won Linda and Reba each a Grammy Award for Best Country Vocal Collaboration and was #1 on the Billboard country charts. Today it remains one of the best known songs in country music.

This beautiful lady is also known for her kindness, beauty and fantastic voice, training up and coming country artists and is the wife of country singer Lang Scott. They are the parents of several children, including Hillary Scott of the band Lady A.

Lang Scott will also be appearing with Linda July 16 at the SOSMP!

Linda’s event is brought to the SOSMP by Jacksonville promoter Juanita Hotard who has tickets available at 904-303-9611. Tickets are on sale now for $30 each and expected to sell out. Juanita will be at the SOSMP with tickets during various upcoming events so watch for her to purchase your tickets at the SOSMP.

Linda will bring many of her beautiful country songs from her years in Nashville recording and performing events. This will be a once in a lifetime chance to hear this beloved country artist so get your tickets ASAP please!

Opening for Linda Davis on the Music Hall stage beginning at 7 p.m. July 16, will be well-known Jacksonville country singers Stephen Quinn, who won the Southeastern Country Showdown several years ago; Florida singer Teagan Hill who often plays the Orange Blossom Opry in Weirsdale, dynamic guitarist, song writer, musician, recording artist and singer Kian Sanchez who recently won a place performing at the 2022 Suwannee River Jam; singer, songwriter, recording artist, beauty queen and wonderful and wonderful artist LeeAnn Purvis and Nathan Elwood, a 16-year-old new singer/guitarist making waves everywhere he performs. These artists are among the many great artists in North Florida, and you surely will be a fan after their performances.

Friday night’s entertainment at the SOSMP will be on the front porch with Jacksonville country artist Ashton Taylor performing from 7-10 p.m. Ashton is well-known in North Florida for her talent and has performed at the SOSMP a number of times. Make it a great music weekend starting Friday night!
